Atmospheric/Vacuum Only/Vac with Inert Gas Flush/Multiflush/Positive Pressure Inert Gas Flush and Positive Pressure Inert Gas MultiFlush with Timed Delays. CE/UL Rated .75 HP Gearhead Motor Drive and Electronically Controlled Clutch-Brake/Air Lift/Vacuum System, 110/115 Vac, 50/60 Hz, 20 Amps. Vacuum Up To 28″Hg, Inert Gas Flush To 26” PSI. Program Values, Cycles, Timed Delays, Change Operating Modes, and Quick Reference Operating Instructions are Displayed on 7″ HMI Touch Screen.

TO OPERATE:
To Operate the Model UVG+MD-AL-HMI: Use Touch Screen to Select Operating Mode, Set Values for Vacuum, Gas Flush and Timed Delays. Position Filled Can and Lid. The Set Values, Cycles and Delays are Performed Precisely and Repetitiously Each Time the Vacuum Chamber Door is Closed, you press the Start Button on HMI and Before the Can and Lid are Joined and Hermetically Seamed. Requires 90 PSI/5 CFM Compressed Air to Operate.
The Positive Pressure Operating Function has two Operating Functions that the other 4 vacuum/Gas Flush to 1” Hg do not have:
1. Light Curtain Device and Pneumatic Door Clam Assemblies to Hold Chamber Door
Closed While Positive Inert Gas Flush is Applied
2. Before A Positive Inert Gas Flush, the Chamber is Vacuumed with a minimum of -3 PSI
(-6.108” Hg). All Vacuum Values(“Hg) are Converted to
-PSI (See Chart Below)
When working in the Positive Pressure Mode or the Positive Pressure MultiFlush Mode, the Positive Pressure Set Point Values are represented in PSI (Pounds per Square Inch). In this Operating Mode ONLY – Vacuum Set Point Values are represented in Negative (-) Pounds per Square Inch (-PSI). Since all other Operating Modes represent Vacuum Set Point
Values as Inches of Mercury (Hg”) the Chart below allows for Quick conversion reference
for programming and reporting purposes.
