The Dixie RDSW-3SS Single/Dual Retort(s) and Package 5 Automated Retort Control System is an Opto 22 PLC with HMI/PC interface system for Auto Control of 6 Operating Cook Modes and process cook data storage.
The HMI allows operator to easily access multiple cook options, enter set point values, start/stop process, view process status, and much more. All temperature, pressure, time, and valve position information is saved to a PASSWORD protected .CVS file on the PC (Microsoft Password Management). An independent RTD reports to a Paperless Data Recorder with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant Software. Save up to 6 Cook Recipes, per Cook Mode, for easy one touch start-up of frequently used cooks.
Options available for up to 18 direct connect “T” Type Thermocouples.
